Så lite som möjligt på väg. Du får ett startkit med karta och banbeskrivning, eller så navigerar du efter GPX-fil och googlekarta. 

Open trail running on the west coast of Sweden. Start in Tylösand along the magically beautiful beach trails of Halland region to Båstad. Course is unmarked and run is self-supported.
